• By purchasing our online colour analysis service, you agree to provide the necessary information, including photographs, as outlined during the purchase process. This service is personalised, and the results are based on the information and images you submit.
2. Refund Policy:
• You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that your photos have not been submitted.
• Once the photos are submitted and the analysis process has begun, the purchase is final, and no refunds will be issued.
• Collaboration between client and analyst is essential. Should this collaboration not be possible for any reason, Alessandra and Giulia will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

3. Submission of Photos
• To complete the analysis, you are required to submit your photos within 4 months of the date of purchase.
• If the photos are not submitted within this timeframe, the service will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be granted.
• Don’t worry if your photos are not initially adequate—Alessandra and Giulia will guide you through the process to ensure everything goes smoothly. By following their instructions, you can achieve the best results.

4. Privacy and Data Protection
• All data submitted will be used solely for the purpose of conducting your colour analysis and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
• Your privacy is important to us. By submitting your photos, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how your personal data and images will be handled.
• Your photos will be automatically deleted from our system 12 months after submission. If you would like this to be done sooner than 12 months, please let us know and we will arrange it.
