How does the process work?
Steps
- The first step of an online analysis is to make a Payment via PayPal.
- Once your payment has been made, you can proceed to the form, where you will be prompted to send us your photos and answer our questionnaire. You will be guided through every step of the process and once completed, we will have all the information necessary to discover your palette! The form does not have to be completed all at once, you can save along the way and continue later without losing your progress.
Completing the form from start to finish takes approximately 10 minutes. - Once you have completed the form, you can submit it with a simple click. At this point, we will receive your information and can start working on your analysis! During your analysis if we realise that we need more photos, different photos, or more information, we will contact you via email.
- Once we have completed your analysis, we will send a detailed email with your result along with the following attachments:
– PDF brochure with 35 colours from your subgroup, suggestions for your neutrals, jewellery, colours to avoid and colours for make-up,
– PDF with a thorough description of your palette and colours
– Business card in your colours as a 10-colour summary of your palette.
